Adam was a great host, very friendly and the flat was amazing. Perfect location for the conference I was attending and the room was big and comfortable.
Adam went out of his way to make sure I had a fantastic stay. If there is another conference in the area I will definitely look to stay here again.
Host was very responsive and helped me out with all of my questions! I did not meet him personally, but everything was clear and I was able to get to the apartment without any issues. Highly recommended, great location at a great price, I would rent this place again if I would be visiting London again.
Adam is a very gracious host. He's very easy to communicate with, we booked the flat in just a few minutes. He provided very detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to reach the flat. He carried our bag up the stairs as there was no lift in the building. He welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we arrived. The bed is very comfortable. Adam is a good conversationalist and always asked if we needed anything. The clincher for us is the location, the nearest Underground station (Earl's Court) is on the Piccadilly line which connects to Heathrow Airport.
Adam was a gracious host, and accommodated my rather last-minute reservation smoothly and without complaint. His flat is conveniently located in Kensington, with the High Street not far to the north and Chelsea a pleasant walk to the south. The tube stop is just round the corner. The guest room is large and comfortable, and Adam provided very nice breakfasts during my stay. He is exceptionally well-read and intellectually curious, and we had a number of interesting conversations.
Adam was very welcoming and helpful. The flat is really nice, the bed really comfortable and location surprisingly quiet, considering how conveniently close it is to Earls Court tube station. Adam offered a very nice breakfast, which was unexpected. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to get up to the flat. All in all, a wonderful stay!
My stay at Adam's flat was excellent. Adam was very generous with recommendations for restaurants and other sites, and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, because it's literally a minute away from the Underground (subway) station at Earl's Court--which gets you to all the most important tourist sites within 15-20 minutes.
The bed was perfectly comfortable, and I was very happy with my stay.
One note: the address you receive from Airbnb neglects to mention which flat (or 'apartment') is the right one, and you'll be confronted with four buttons to choose at the street-entrance door. The correct one is the fourth one.
This was my first AirBnB booking and so was something of an (website hidden) this case it was a complete success. Adam was very friendly and welcoming and his flat was excellent. I loved staying there. I would certainly go back. Brilliant.
