great apartment. great location. betty security conscious building. typical of all italy, air conditioning weak. initially had a problem getting wifi connected. it seemed like it was limited to two devices. then the little counter top oven wasn't working. But Federico and his helpers were very responsive to any issues and fixed things within the day. all in all a teriffic apartment, comfortable, and a great value.

We had an absolutely terrific stay in this apartment. We were a family of 4 - my husband, myself, and our 2 children ages 13 and 10. The best part of this apartment is it's wonderful location. It is on a hip, quiet street in the heart of Rome, a short walking distance to fabulous sights like the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, the Roman Forum, the Tiber River, the fun Trastevere neighborhood, etc. This apartment is super quiet because it is in a big beautiful apartment building on an inside courtyard far from the street. There was plenty of space, the bathroom is large and lined with marble, the shower very spacious, with the sink area separated, which is a nice touch. There is a little laundry/utility room and the washing machine worked well. The living room is generously sized and has 2 pull-out couches, which we didn't need to use, but someone else might appreciate them. One bedroom has a large bed for 2, and the other had 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms had a ton of closet and shelf space, which was great. The kitchen is a nice size and was useful for making breakfast and reheating leftovers from restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential in the July heat. There is a good grocery store super close by. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Federico for an amazing stay!

Our family of five enjoyed this lovely apartment very much. Laura and Federico were very helpful with our car service needs both traveling from the airport, as well as with an early morning car to the train station. The size and location of the apartment were perfect. Everything was within walking distance, with the market in the Piazza being a nice distraction from our daily tours. Pizza at Forno Campo di Fiori was fantastic, as was the tiramisu at Zum (right off the piazza). I would highly recommend this little gen.

Modern well maintained building in central part of Rome. Easy walk to all the major sites. Place was very quiet since windows look out onto the courtyard. Bedrooms had room darkening shades so it was easy to sleep in the morning. Description and pictures accurately reflect the place. Host was flexible and responsive at check-in even when we had an unexpected delay in our arrival and he had to wait close to an hour for us to get there (once again, sorry about that!).

The apartment was clean, PERFECTLY LOCATED, air conditioner and kitchen appliances all worked great. Our check in was timely, friendly, informative and she genuinely wanted to help us get started in the city. The apparent was large enough for 4 to be very comfortable. This is were I will stay the next time I come to Rome.

Beautiful apartment, even better than in the pictures. Very spacious, and a good sized kitchen. Great location that is central to almost everything yet on a quiet street in a residential building. Our gracious host was a good communicator and even arranged for transportation to and from the airport at a very reasonable cost, and the drivers were professional and prompt. You will not regret staying at this apartment, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.
