The apartment has a capacity for 7-8 people. With 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 WC and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for groups or families.
The apartment is located in the downtown area of the city. A few minutes of the Temple of the Sagrada Familia, a must for all those who still have not set foot in the Temple. (Hint: try to visit the temple in the early morning, early, or a couple of hours before closing ... is when there are fewer people in the queue).
In the area you will find supermarkets, good restaurants for all tastes, bars and pubs, and good transport links. A few meters away from metro lines L5 and L2. The L2 will lead directly to Paseo de Gracia, ideal for shopping, or old city. The entire cross-L5 to Sants Eixample, a deprived area still retains its essence and where only find tourists.
Llegada a partir de 14 horas. salida a las 12 horas. Si se llega más tarde de las 21 horas recargo de 30 euros más.
Ana is an incredible host, extremely responsive, helpful and kind! We felt right at home in her great big apartment with plenty of space to relax, work, study, cook, and live without any concerns. The apartment is two blocks from the Sagrada Familia with plenty of access to public transportation that can take you wherever you need to go (airport, train station, bus station, etc.). There are two supermarket options right downstairs and the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook at home without issues. There is a Tabacs store one block away which sells stamps, metro passes, etc. and is super convenient if you need anything like that. We were also able to receive packages without problems, just go to the nearby post office (walking distance) with your passport to pick up.
There is a nice small balcony with two chairs and a table with plenty of sunshine in the morning to enjoy a nice breakfast outside overlooking the courtyard. The WiFi works great and can handle plenty of devices at the same time including photo uploads of all the great sights nearby.
Overall, I loved the apartment and would love to live here full time. If I could have Ana as a host in every AirBnB place I stay, I would for sure! Thanks again for everything Ana!!

We had a very happy stay at the apartment and Ana is a very nice host. The location of the apartment is good, close to the Sagrada Familia. Also, Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Wifi worked good. Cleanliness of the apartment was average. The water heater did not work well.
Location was great, only a block or so from Sagrada Familia. We were seasoned walkers and, since the apartment was located in the Eixample neighborhood, we were able to reach many Gaudi's on foot. We loved the little restaurant right around the corner, the one with all the great b&w photos. As for the apartment itself, showering was a bit of a challenge- water ran hot, then cold, but the apartment was roomy. Could have been a tad bit cleaner, but very good value for the money.
Very good sized aoartment in an area down the block and around the corner from the metro and Sagrada Familia. Very easy to work with this hostess as far as check-in and out. Wi-Fi is not accessible for phone, only computer with plug-in,, however, my son was able to access it on his phone at certain times from sitting with his back to the wall in the bedroom nearest the front door! 2 toilets and 2 shower areas were a plus. The main terrace over-looks a garden area which contains a large bird cage in the center! A 2nd terrace is in the center of the apartments and leads to the washer and is to hang clothing to dry. The oven is quite old and I was not able to turn it on, however I did light the gas stove. There is also a microwave. You are also privy to all sorts of sounds of people preparing for the day if you sleep in the bedrooms with little windows opeining into the apartment center. Of course you can close the windows but we needed them for cross-ventilation.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a small lift for those with luggage which was very nice.
One night I prepared sandwiches and took my children to the park next to Sagrada Familia (on the Nativity side) where we found a small pond and several benches. The pond reflected Sagrada Familia perfectly and it was a stunning view - not to be missed if you stay here!
We stayed for 10 days in Ana's apartment. The best thing about this place is its location. It's really close to Sagrada Familia. Also close to the beach and other main attractions of Barcelona if you take the metro/bus/taxi. The apartment was ok, but not really what we were expecting. It wasn't that clean, but acceptable. The one thing that we weren't expecting and that bothered us was the fact that even if in the amenities tab was specified that we will have Internet and WiFi internet, things weren't that way. It only had a stick with a sim card that really didn't work. We complained to Ana and after 4 days she came and gave us 10 euros so that we go to a internet cafe. We relied on the internet to talk with our families, pay our bills, make reservations and the most important thing search information. This was dissappointing. Also, a really annoying thing was the fact that the neighbor beat the wall every evening. I mean...2 friends of mine, who are married and pregnant, were staying in the main bedroom and they were just talking. It was only 10 p.m. We couldn't even stay for a glass of wine and just talk, in the evening, because the neighbor got all crazy. They even hit our wall when some people from 2 blocks away were staying on the terrace and talking. At the beginning it was funny, but it got really annoying. We understand and we like a quite area..but not a deadly one.
Overall, Barcelona was definitely the most beautiful city we have visited until now. Ana is a nice person and maybe if it is talked with her, things can be resolved. Maybe it is just a matter of taste.
