Hazelnut Tower is an ancient rural tower transformed into an unusual dwelling that is characteristic, cosy and elegant .
The privacy of such an unspoilt place, the pleasant corners where to relax and the stunning view terrace, make it a perfect shelter for those who seek tranquillity and comfort.
The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and have a wide panorama of the valley, the ceilings have chestnut beams and a suggestive wall which is partially dug out from the tufa stone. ‘Persiana’ shutters make rooms chillingly cool in summer. The rooms have an internal access from the Tower with a spiral staircase and an independent entrance coming in from a characteristic pedestrian lane.
Sorry, elevator not available
Vignanello, an etruscan village, rises on the slope of hills that, from the Cimini mountains descend towards the Tiber valley, 16 Km from Viterbo and 75 Km from Rome. The location is ideal from which to take pleasurable excursions. Piazza della Repubblica at the sides of which are the most important buildings of the area: the Collegiata, Ruspoli Castle with its splendid Italian garden, Palazzo Pretorio and the numerous churches are worthwhile visiting.
From the surrounding areas, Viterbo and its famous thermal spas can easily be reached together with Bagnaia, Soriano nel Cimino and the “Faggeta”, Orte, Marta, Bomarzo with its “Monster Park”, Vico and Bolsena lakes… and Rome is only a one-hour car drive away! Furthermore, the fact that it is so close to the motorway, the Tuscany and Umbria regions make it a convenient starting point from which to venture out to places which are further away. Own car is highly recommended.
Other Things to Note

Sono Franca, amante della natura, della tranquillita', del relax ma anche della vita in una metropoli come Roma per questo mi divido tra campagna e città. Cosa mi piace? Leggere un libro, la fotografia, naviagre su internet. Conoscere nuove persone di paesi e culture differenti.
