I stayed with Ryan and Verenice for three days only . The room was extremely organized and clean when I came in so was the bathroom. You have the option for self check in ( pretty straightforward process). They were both friendly and helpful , they have two adorable dogs which is a plus for animal lovers. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for my first air bnb experience , and I would definitely stay here again if I'm passing by DC :)
So far our best airBNB experience. Very clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.
I can definitely recomend it.
It was a nice staying experience in Washington DC definitely. The room is clean and cozy, just like it was described. Ryan and Verenice love travelling very much and also warm to their guests. The two dogs are really huge (haha) but pretty friendly actually. I would love to recommend it to anyone else who's going to visit Washington.
My husband and I had a great time during our weekend stay in DC. The room was just as described and we had access to our own private bathroom that was located right next to the room. Toiletries and towels were provided, in addition to breakfast items (i.e. granola, cereal, and orange juice). We had access to WiFi and there was street parking available. The house is very close to the Metro and there are also a few restaurants nearby. Our hosts were very accommodating and helped answer all of our questions. Mika and Mosa were extremely adorable. We would recommend this room to those hoping to visit the area.
Ryan and Verenice were very warm and cordial hosts. If you are easily intimidated by big dogs with big barks you might want to look elswhere. The house is very clean and the bedroom comfortable. A short distance from downtown, convenient location for Capitol bike share. It was a little chilly to enjoy the balcany. I would go back any time.
All is well,I like stay here.the host is nice.the pet is so fat ,but also friends, the water in the bathroom is so worm,it is a wonderful place .
We really enjoyed our stay in DC, the neighbourhood was very nice with lots of young people living there and small bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was about 10 minutes away from the next subway station, but from there it was close to the city centre with all the sights. Whenever we had questions Verenice and Ryan helped us out and we were even able to use the washing machine, dryer and everything in the kitchen. Best part is that you have your own bathroom. The only thing a little hard to get used to are the dogs, you should neither be scared of animals nor be allergic to their hair. Other than that we had a great stay, thanks a lot!
We love to travel and our dogs. We like good food and good TV shows. We take spontaneous trips and prefer flexible travel plans. We like to make the most of our trips so we are usually out all day while on vacation.
