Looking for a peaceful retreat in the foothills of the Catalina mountains? The Catalina Vista guest house offers sweeping views of the city and its just minutes to awesome hiking trails! Close to shopping, great restaurants, grocery stores and golf. Newly remodeled, the spacious Casita has a brand new queen size mattress and a small kitchen to prep quick meals (No Oven). The patio has great city views!

The space
This casita is newly remodeled and all new! We have a mini-split to control air conditioning and heat, and a ceiling fan so you can ensure its at a comfortable temperature. To help get your morning started, we have a small drip coffee machine. We offer a hair dryer and iron, so you don't have to worry about packing those! Please note that there are many steps to access the casita, so it is not wheelchair friendly.

We only allow dogs up to 40lbs and please check with us prior to booking.

Guest access
You will have the entire casita and it is fully detached from the main house. There's a dedicated parking spot for you on the property.

Other things to note
How does the AirBNB deposit work? Unlike a traditional rental deposit, there is no upfront charge. If there were damage to the Casita, then you'd be charged at that time. No damage, no deposit charge - easy! For your entertainment, we have a smart TV (Nexflix, Hulu and Amazon streaming with your own account use), reading material and tour books.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a very quiet neighborhood with houses spread about an acre apart. Lots of dog walking in the evenings and not many parties. If you want quiet and peaceful then come on over!!
