The space

A light-filled condo with beautiful hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances and an interior that has been professionally designed for your comfort awaits! A fully-equipped kitchen gives you plenty of opportunity to make meals in, if you choose. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the Peekaboo view of the Elliott Bay, or go up to the rooftop deck for the expansive view of the Puget Sound! Free Wi-Fi is available in both the lobby and the rooftop deck as well as in the unit itself.

Guest access

Guest has full access to the condominium, as well as the building amenities: fitness center, a game room, pool table, and the incredible 3,000 square foot rooftop deck with amazing city views, multiple barbecues, fire pit, and lounge seating.

To top it off, secure parking is included in the price of this condo!

Interaction with guests

With a 24 hour emergency line, and a team member always ready to assist during business hours, we are always a phone call away. All check-ins are scheduled well before your arrival so we can be ready for your arrival. Guests receive email copies of their check-in instructions, and are asked to electronically sign a standard rental agreement. Our smartphone app keeps all your reservation information handy.

The neighborhood

Located just north of Seattle's downtown, this condo sits in the lively neighborhood of Belltown. There are restaurants on every block, bars to grab a drink, shops to explore, and did we mention the food? More than 63 eateries call Belltown home, and many are on our "don't miss" list. Since Belltown is residential, it is a perfect spot for guests of all ages.

Getting around

Eight blocks to Pike Place Market; 7 blocks to the Space Needle; 5 blocks to the waterfront. Almost everything in downtown is within walking distance! If public transport is more your style, the building sits on a major bus thoroughfare that will take you beyond downtown. Or, you can call Lyft or a taxi any time!

Other things to note

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. - Due to insurance requirements, renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Quiet Hours are 10PM – 8AM. This is a residential building primarily owner occupied. Please keep voices, televisions, and radios at an acceptable level at all times.

- NO SMOKING! There is no smoking in the unit or on the unit balcony, or on the rooftop deck. Smoking is only permitted 25 feet from the front door of the building per Washington State Law. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of our future guests and neighbors in our building. Also, please note that the building abides by federally permitted substances, not state legislation.

- Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available for an additional fee.

- Check-in is 4PM on arrival day; check-out is 11AM on departure day.

-A STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT, which includes a copy of the building rules, must be completed by the reservation holder. As a requirement of the building's HOA, these documents are to be signed and submitted to our office prior your arrival. All documents are sent, signed, and returned electronically. Pros: Great apartment at an awesome location (walking distance to space needle and pike market)! Extremely easy check-in and check-out! Very comfortable, clean and a very well equipped kitchen! Overall great place to stay! Cons: the shower was not working. We reported the issue as soon as we noticed (first night) and we were informed that the issue would be fixed on the next day. Unfortunately this didn't happen...and then we decided to leave the apartment one day earlier...And there is little privacy with the sliding doors (no locks) in the bathroom and bedroom...

I spent 3 days staying at this location, along with my wife and 2 kids. I have two condos on AirBnB, one in Lake Tahoe and one in Maui, so my feedback is based on this. It was out first time to Seattle and to see the city, and the condo is close to Space Needle and Pike Market Place. Also walkable distance to the city. The view was nice and the condo was clean. The condo itself would be comfortable for 1-2 people, not 4. Converting the sofa to bed, meant there was no space left in the living room. There was some issue with the WiFi, but the management gave me an alternate to log onto. So no big issue there. Here is what really got me. You sign a contract with the management company, to say, you will put the dishes in the dishwasher and throw away the garbage. Granted you want to put these in, just in case, you get a rowdy and messy guest, who's mother is not proud of them. But for the majority of us, its normal use. Given that we had to pay for the cleaning services (costs ranged from $110-160), why did i have to take out the garbage and put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it. If i am out on a vacation, i expect these things to be taken care off. I don't request my guests, either in Tahoe or Maui, to do that. Once a year, i get a messy guest, and the cleaner delicately relates that to me, and i give him some extra cash. Maybe its a Seattle thing. I even called one of the management companies to inquire about this, and their response was that, us taking the trash out and washing the dishes, would free up the cleaners' time as they are busy. Really!! Maybe i should pull that stunt on my boss. Sorry, could you fiinish the project, as i have a 12 year old Malt waiting on the coffee table, dying to be consumed.... Overall, the condo was clean, close to amenities, one parking spot, easy to get in and out. Lots of good restaurants close by, and two Starbucks on every block. Downside, kinda small, and as you guessed, i am changing my profession to become a cleaner in Seattle.....

This was an amazing experience. Everything was beyond expectation, period. The floor and the wall are thinner than I thought, though; so do keep the sound of music down, really down - especially if you are not used to live in a high rise condo.

This endeavor started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others that have second homes in Downtown Seattle.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
