I am not far from many coffee shops, restaurants/bars, gas stations and other businesses....about a 10 minute drive to Downtown.

I live in Brookline. My street is pretty quiet. The neighborhood is becoming more diverse, which I think is wonderful. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes on the main drag.
