Our spacious, modern and independent studio in our houseboat will provide you an amazing time. The boat is located in the most romantic neighborhood in the center, a real hidden gem. The sun is out often on your private sundeck. We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience Amsterdam. The studio is the ideal retreat when looking for something out of the ordinary.

The space
This nicely STYLED studio is a perfect gateway, selected by Vogue as No. 2 “most asthonishing houseboats”, see Vogue article about astonishing houseboats.. A spacious living with a comfortable double bed with an enormous rooftop window. Ideal for people looking for an unforgettable EXPERIENCE. Have you ever been on a houseboat before? Come and visit ours! Our modern and spacious studio is a great way to stay on a boat. You probably don't want to leave.
We do need to alarm you a boat needs special house rules; you get in through a hatch and the sewage system is running on special pumps. So do take these things into account and don't throw any wetties in the toilet... Of course we love to inform you about the do's and the don'ts.

The area for sure is the best place to experience Amsterdam... that's if you're not chasing parties 24/7 or hunger for packed touristic streets. The houses in our neighborhood are most wanted and people who live around here... don't ever want to leave. A village in the center of Amsterdam, with lovely ROMANTIC bridges creating that ultimate holiday feeling, also for the ones living here.

On an island in between beautiful warehouses we are situated in a lee which makes your stay pleasant for sure. Thereby we are in the ultimate sun angle, so we are always the first ones enjoying our sunny deck terrace in a t-shirt while a passerby still wears his winter coat.

We seriously do appreciate our neighbors and their privacy. So please no loud talking or endless parties on our boat. You can stay out all night and watch the stars (we ourselves also like a drink or two), but please whisper when you notice the neighbors go to bed; they do need to work... So when looking for crazy nights, please book another location. We for sure need to live her peacefully FOREVER.

Our independent studio is completely yours. You have your private gangway and private entrance. Private bathroom, and studio with living area and double bed.

TOILET and CARE
Remember: a boat is not a house, please be responsible with our boat systems and its vulnerabilities...If you do throw any wetties or other things in the toilet besides toilet paper, we will have to charge you for the costs to repair, which easily is € 200. Please remind: the boat can rock a bit in strong winds as .. it's a boat. We don't notice it ourselves though, so we can promise: you won't get sea sick.
