The cottage has two bedrooms, both with Christopher Knight (tm) queen-sized beds for a great night's sleep and you can rent it as a one or two bedroom. Although we're walkable to many attractions, our street is tranquil and you'll enjoy sitting in a porch rocker with a glass of wine (in our varietal-correct Riedel glasses), or relaxing in the hammock.

Flexible Bedroom Options for Every Traveler
The cottage can be rented as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit. For two guests, the default rental includes one bedroom. If you’d like access to both bedrooms as a party of two, just let us know—there’s a small additional fee of $20/night to cover extra cleaning, linens, and insurance. Parties of 3–4 guests will automatically receive access to both bedrooms.
Regardless of your setup, you’ll always have the entire home to yourselves—no shared spaces, no interruptions.

Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself - including the number of bedrooms you book -- either 1 or 2 -- outdoor spaces (porch with rockers, seating area with Adirondack chairs and full deck with outdoor dining and lounging furniture and a hammock. Bocce Ball and Corn Hole court in the backyard as well as a Weber grill. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. The home also has a small desk area with Wi-Fi for business travelers. The living room has a Smart flatscreen TV for watching Netflix/Hulu/Amazon, etc. (all provided on our account)

We are also the owners of Valley Wine Merchants, the most comprehensive wine shop in the Willamette Valley, which is just 6 blocks away from the cottage. Please feel free to stop into the shop and say 'hi!' We're happy to make recommendations on which wineries to visit based on your palate. You can also contact Andrew in advance to help with winery reservations or to order wine to be delivered to the house prior to your check in at -- just ask once booked!

You may rent the cottage as one-bedroom or as a two bedroom (default for two people is one bedroom and for 3 or 4 people is two bedrooms. If you would like two bedrooms for 2 people please advise prior to check-in, extra pricing applies for 2 people using 2 bedrooms).
No parties or gatherings; only the registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. Especially during these times of Covid-19 this is strictly enforced. Should a guest disregard this rule they will forfeit their security deposit, be charged an extra cleaning fee and they will be charged a $25 extra guest fee for each person that entered the property.
No animals of any kind are allowed in the home or on the property for ANY length of time. THIS INCLUDES SERVICE ANIMALS, pets, therapy dogs, emotional support peacocks, "allergen free" or non-shedding breeds, etc. The owner of the property is highly allergic, and we are maintaining this as an allergen-free home. (We also don’t use any harsh chemicals, and use all natural cleaning products). We are listed on a special website for travelers with serious allergies, and that requires us to never have any pets in the home, even for a moment.
