Simple & cute, our beachy 1 bed unit is on the 2nd floor with outside stairs
The perfect place for the budget conscious traveler that wants a central location on the island with easy access to beaches and nearby restaurants. An ice cream shop and 2 restaurants < 5 mins walk.
We're a 6.5 min walk to Jollyhall Beach, and there's a beach < 5 mins from us that is so unused it doesn't have a name!
Just 5 min drive from GGT and 5 min drive from most nightlife and activities.
The space
The apartment is on the second floor of a two story building, which makes for a great breeze if you want to leave the windows open or enjoy the deck.
We have a special rate of $125pp for 2 seats on either Exuma Water Sports Half day swimming pigs or 7 beaches tour. (No credit if the weather is bad and they can't operate/no credit towards a full day tour/no discounts if you choose not to use it).
We are less than a 10 minute walk from two beaches, two local restaurants and an ice cream shop.
Jamie and Rebecca, your hosts, live downstairs for any questions you might have. Please note that the staircase is outside.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, and we even have a cooler for you to take to the beach. The bathroom was renovated June 2024.

Our location is in the heart of the island - Spectacular Jolly Hall Beach which features snorkelling and perfect white sand is only a 6 minute walk away.
A liquor store, pharmacy/small grocery store, and 3 restaurants are all within a 10 - 15 minute walk from our place. The Fish Fry, featuring half a dozen restaurant and bars, along with nightlife is a 20 minute walk.
A 10 minute drive from the airport and 5 minute drive into George Town, all the activities you could want are mostly nearby.
We are in a middle class Bahamian neighborhood. School kids often feed the turtles near the pond next to our house.
