These are brand new gorgeous townhomes with high-end finish outs and close to everything in Dallas. Feel at home in this modern 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse close to downtown Dallas with large kitchen, 10ft ceilings, museum finish floating walls, pre-wired smart home with Alexa/nest, open living and private bathrooms attached to each room. Large Smart TVs with streaming and cable. Attached 2 car garage. With room for 2 more on the driveway as well as ample free street parking. Also a great balcony and views of the Dallas skyline.
