Entire house ideal for exchange students, located 5mins walking to the University. It is located in a vibrant neighbourhood, with everything you need.
The house has 3 bedrooms, Delia, Maruca and Viola. All fully equipped, each with a desk and a wardrobe (linen and towels included). Fully equipped kitchen and an extra large living room.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
Also a small garden ideal to have an Argentinian barbecue.

You'll have your own private room and you'll share the rest of the house with your student roommates.

For stays longer than 30 days, monthly bills (water, electricity and natural gas) are added to the monthly price. These are aprox. 20EUR per person per month.
