Maria was a joy to coordinate with. We missed each other for the key handoff as I was running a little late but she left the keys at a local shop. The apartment was lovely and well situated, and the view from the balcony is quite impressive, seeing the old Soviet style parade street. It's a very historical part of town in its own right, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The only issue I had was the stove didn't work, so we were table to cook, but I believe that's outlined in the description and was just something I missed. Thanks Maria!
