This beautiful apartment is an ideal set-up for a comfortable stay in San Francisco. It is a clean, charming junior one bedroom close to the cafes, shops and restaurants of Union Street, Chestnut, Polk and Fillmore Streets. It is one and one half blocks from a MUNI stop. An ideal location in one of the premier San Francisco neighborhoods. There are many grocery stores within walking distance. It is free of clutter and very quiet. Parking is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
The apartment is the ground floor of a four story Victorian. The street is sloped as is typical in San Francisco. So although the flat is on the ground floor, one climbs 9 steps up to a landing, before reaching the front door of the apartment.
The apartment has the following:
Queen Size bed
Fresh linen and towels
Fully equipped kitchen
Washer/Dryer in unit
Shower (no bath tub)
electric stove and oven
tp, paper towel, trash bags,
salt, pepper and other spices
The Marina Green
The Crooked Street (Lombard Street)
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guest.
I work out of my home so I am nearby should the guest wish assistance with directions or a recommendation for an activity or restaurant.
I love my neighborhood for the hilly streets and the close proximity to some of the best restaurants, cafés and bars in the city.
A MUNI stop is 1 and 1/2 blocks away.

We had a wonderful three night stay. The apartment was very comfy and felt roomier than I had expected. We were able to set up the oack n play for our little one in the super spacious closet/hallway, allowing us to stay up and enjoy the living room space after she went to bed. We did feel the burn climbing up the steep hill (it is san francisco after all) but the apartment is conveniently located near the bus stop which made getting around town very easy. We happily enjoyed the cheese, fruits, beer, and juice that Bobbi left. She was super accommodating and made sure to let us know that if we forgot any travel essentials she could get them for us. The space is a lower level apartment of her home so naturally we heard some faint foot traffic and a few dog barks here and there, but nothing to be disturbing or at late times of the evening. This was a fantastic first airbnb experience for our family. We were happy to have more space and comfort while spending less money than on a hotel. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to San Fran.
This makes an ideal pied-a-terre in Pac Heights. It's very private and quiet, well-equipped and attractively decorated. Located in one of the city's loveliest areas. Very close to a wonderful array of small shops and restaurants along Union and Chestnut, even a nearby public library. I arrived at night and the thoughtful hosts had left me breakfast essentials, even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Highly recommend!
Very welcoming, warm host. Helpful with local information
and knowledge of the area. Very comfortable little 'flat' and
nicely situated in one of San Francisco's upscale sections.
Me and my girlfriend stayed at Bobbi's for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. The place exceeded our expectations being very well presented, clean and perfect for our stay in the city. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a list of nearby restaurants and places to visit.
Apartment was great! It was clean and had everything we needed! Bobbi was a wonderful host; she was easy to get in touch with and she clearly cares about both the apartment being well maintained and guests feeling comfortable. Next time we're in SF, we plan to book the apartment again!
Could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Great cozy apartment that is a can't miss.
Bobbi was quick to respond to emails and very organised. A lovely surprise was the fresh bread and cheese in addition to unlimited supplies of tea and coffee; very generous.
The bed is very comfy with good linen and pillows and the location is perfect; Cow Hollow is a classy neighbourhood within walking distance of Union St where there are lots of places to eat and drink and a cinema. And good views of the harbour and bridge.
The only thing I hadn't been quite clear of in my own mind before hand is that the apartment is a semi-basement and the only windows are those that you can see in the photos in the sitting room/kitchen; no natural light in the bedroom or bathroom.. There is a window at the end of the corridor at the back, but it is covered by shutters and curtains; I've mentioned it because it's helpful to be aware of it, but it is not a big deal as the apartment is spacious and other things make up for that.
This is the second time I have stayed at Cute and Cozy in Pacific Heights. Bobbi is very easy to communicate with and when I am in San Francisco I always look to see if her place is available. The location is perfect just off Union Street with easy access to transportation, restaurants and wonderful walking areas. She always has a nice touch with a cheese and fruit plate available along with coffee/tea and condiments. Bobbi is a perfect host.
Thank you Bobbi !
We enjoyed our stay very much.
We hope to stay with you again as soon as possible.
(Large, clean, one bedroom apartment, with all amenities, and in a great location. Host is wonderful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants on Filmore, Chestnut, and Union Streets)
