PLEASE READ (and put in the correct number of guests to the right). Your space is the UPSTAIRS in my comfy cape cod style home. You have a private entrance from the front door. Tastefully appointed with enough room for 1- 3 guests. There is a small frig, microwave, Keurig w/cups, etc., in the kitchenette area in the 2nd bedroom. The mattresses are Casper and Hampton Inn. Only 8 minutes to Keeneland or the Bluegrass Airport. Fifteen minutes to the Horse Park. Very close to U.K. and downtown.

The space
This, (Meadowthorpe), is an older, friendly, safe, established neighborhood. The house was built in 1950 and has a very warm, cozy feel. You are welcome to sit on the front porch and enjoy this sweet little street. Lots of walkers with dogs.

Guest access
You will have 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs with kitchenette, (described above). You will have on street parking at the front entrance. There is a coded key box on the front door.

Other things to note
I usually don't meet my guests, but am a call away if you need anything. I book guests several days apart for extensive cleaning.
