Sunday to Sunday rental (June to Labor Day). This is truly more than a rental! It's our home and we want you to enjoy as much as we do. Put your flip flops on and come enjoy some time in Duck. Lounging at the Atlantic Ocean or watching the picture perfect sunset dropping into the Currituck Sound. You're in luck if looking for some pool time as it is located right across the street. A 10-15 minute walk down the paved path will take you into town for dinner, cocktails, ice cream or shopping.

The space
The top floor has a very bright, open floor plan and complete with a master bedroom (king bed)/full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked from spices to waffle makers and has plenty of cabinet space along with nice appliances. Plenty of deck space to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. On the second floor you will find the second master bedroom (king bed) with a full bath. The third bedroom (king bed) and fourth (twin over double bunk bed and twin bed) bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. All bedrooms in the home have access to the deck.

Guest access
The house is all yours. A code will be given to you before your arrival to access the keypad on the lock. Please lock all doors before your departure.

We wanted to provide some details in regards to changes we have made to ensure the safety of our guests and the wonderful staff that help us keep our home in pristine condition.

Bed linens and bath towels will be provided.

Cleaning day can be long and detailed so please plan ahead and adhere to check in and check out times.

Your bedroom will have clean sheets for your use when you arrive, they will be shrink wrapped and sanitized on top of the beds. Bath towel sets will also be provided, beach towels will not be provided.

Please strip beds and place sheets and towels in the laundry bag provided upon your departure and place outside the front door.

Please do not leave anything washing/ drying as you depart on Sunday.

We have provided the most common spices, toilet paper and paper towels to get you started- you will need to provide your own throughout your stay.

There are 8 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas for our guests to use. Please wash off and return to hooks in the garage at the end of your stay.

We have provided some toys and 2 carts to transport items to the beach, please rinse and dry all items prior to departure.

A beverage fridge is located in the garage, please empty and wipe down if you choose to use it.

The house has ALL brand new appliances- we ask that you rinse your beach wear and beach towels prior to putting them in the washing machine. Sand wears down the motor and tears up the equipment.

A gas grill is located on the upper deck near the eating area. The Traeger is for OWNER use only.

Please make sure to pull the trash cans up the night before pick up. Thursday night and before your departure. Trash pick up comes very early on Friday and Monday mornings.

The community pool and tennis courts are a two minute walk out of the front door.

Please note that rates vary per week per season.

We advise against moving ANY furniture but in the event that you have to, please return it to its original place.
