Lovely leafy, village feel neighbourhood here in Rose Bay. We have so many handy cafes, shops and services within even the immediate street, and we boast a beautiful petite local beach right on our harbour.
Great public transport system of both buses and luxury ferry across the harbour.
Ample safe street parking, and even private sea planes for hire.
Most of you do not need these rules, and are professional, courteous air bnb'ers.

Mark is very nice, welcoming and friendly. He also gave us some good travelling advice and walked us to the bus stop. Easygoing and we felt like home :) Merry Christmas!! :)
Mark was a great host making sure we could enter the property earlier than expected. He and his dog Mindy made us feel welcome and at home straight away. He was very informative about how to get around the area and advised us on the more scenic root for us to go out for a day in the city. We had a lovely evening with Mark, over a couple of bottles of wine with amusing conversation and entertainment. I would recommend staying at Marks home to anyone.
Mark is a really unique character, so friendly and helpfull. And we loved his dog, she should be called Marie Antoinette!
The apartment and the room are ok size for a short stay for a couple. The place could have been a bit cleaner.
Rose bay is a great place to stay in Sydney, residential, with a small centre and very cute beach.
Thank you Mark that you also invited us to your Australian day pic nic!
I thoroughly loved my time with Mark he was a absolutely delight and loved his little dog mindy!!
I found the room to be clean and always had fresh towels and bedding! I loved the Egyptian/French décor so classy!! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!!
Working in fashion I found huge inspiration from Marks home which is so beautifully presented!
Visiting Mark is a remarkable feeling. We have spent our time in the magic mixture of ancient Egypt, new romantic electronic stage and a bit of French Versal. You will be welcome by a surfing dogs Myndy and Nikky. At the morning couple of amazing, colorful parrots come to eat straight from hand. Then you will be ready to spend a good time on the beach were you feel like you know everyone. Highly recommended. Best regards, Kate & Tom
Mark's place was perfectly located. The room was comfortable and made us feel like we were in a hotel. Mark was really helpful with everything and he also showed us around Rose Bay. And of course his puppy Mindy helped to make us feel welcomed!
Had a fantastic stay with Mark, he was a very welcoming and entertaining host. The apartment was perfectly located for beaches, golf and shops. Mark was very helpful on how to get around the local area and was quick to offer me a cup of tea when I returned exhausted from a big day out - overall it was a great experience.

Hi folks, I am a creative person that enjoys a comfy homespace.
My home suits down to earth professional artistically appreciative people with a healthy sense of humour well, but all reasonable guests are welcome here.
I offer a private home apartment, not a business hotel, so please realise I am about cosy holiday minded folk who appreciate a relaxed local homespace - no roomservice or cooked breakfasts done.
I have festooned it with quality Rococo and Egyptian antiques and my home has personality.
I have a good vibe going on here, and it is close to both famous Bondi beach and the exclusive private beach area of Rose Bay that outlooks to famous Sydney Harbour Bridge - then there is the great transport, restaurants and shops at the end of my street as well. My puppy Myndi will love to meet you too.
Only a short harbour ferry cruise or 4 stop train ride to the City centre - or perhaps treat yourself to a Rose Bay sea plane ?
Cheers and see you soon,
