There is a pond in front of the street , so we have a lot of ducks roaming around . Also, a few cats .

Small but cozy location close to airport , malls, and beaches .

The suit has its own entrance with a private area with a table and chairs for guest to enjoy the Florida weather.

Cleaning will be done before and after each guest.

House rules :
1. Check out is at 10 am .
2. Please ensure all trash is removed prior to check out .
3. No smoking in the room only outside .
4. Strictly, no parties allowed .
Parking is available on the driveway in front of the white gate (entrance to room)
5. Please respect our neighbors( is a shared entrance )
6. No hygiene products in the toilet .
7. Please turn off lights and air when not in the room . ( Please don’t leave the door open with air on )
8. Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties - especially during nighttime hours ( e.g ., 11:00 pm - 8:00 am ) and upon arrival and departure.
9. Please do not slam the gate door hard to treat my space respectfully.

Other things to note
House is near a pond . There is ducks walking around the street. Also if your extremely allergic to cats , there is feral cats roaming the street.
