MEADOWS REST
Truly a quiet place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Enjoy a beautiful and secluded setting on ten private acres where you can relax after a day in Yosemite National Park. Enjoy the view that overlooks a beautiful meadow that often hosts deer, geese and wild turkeys. The suite has a queen bed, private bath, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and private entrance. Located 35 miles (1 hour drive) to Yosemite's Hwy 140 Arch Rock entrance and 1hr 15 minutes drive to Hwy 41 entrance.

The suite, locked off from the rest of the house, offers a private entry, queen size bed, private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A BBQ is available on the patio if you would like to cook your own dinner.
There is plenty of on site parking, walking paths, seating and patio space to sit and enjoy the beauty. Located right between two quaint mountain towns; enjoy either Oakhurst or Mariposa’s shops, breweries, and restaurants. Closer to home (one mile) there is access to a convenience store, diner and gas station.
Meadows Rest offers a second master suite (Pine View) that can also be booked for larger groups.

We love people and are as available to assist you. Each Meadows Rest Master Suite has its own entrance so you can enjoy as much privacy as you would like. If you have questions or would like some coaching about possible adventures Jeff has guided hundreds of people into Yosemite National Park. If you would like to hear about the history of the Mariposa Indian wars and the fascinating discoveries made by the first Europeans that came in the mid 1800’s, he is more than ready to share a piece of Yosemite’s rich history. Or if you are trying to select the perfect hike/excursion he can help guide you toward an excursion that will fit your desires and abilities; whether you are looking for an easy or challenging hike, he can show you how to find a short hike where few ever go, or the classic hikes that are more popular. Being able to talk with someone who has been on hundreds of miles of trails is the finest way to customize your own adventure and maximize your trip to Yosemite’s beauty and grandeur.
