The house has 3 beds and many other indoor/outdoor areas! Private, fenced backyard and includes hot tub, Infra-red sauna, furnished porch, covered outdoor dining area. King and full size bed in master bedroom. Queen bed and two sofas in the front room. One bathroom. Kitchen, Extra pillows, cotton linens, towels. Highest speed Wi-Fi. Two TCL Roku 40" TVs. Complimentary Coffee/tea, toiletries. Washer/dryer.

The space
Private parking available in back driveway. Public parking directly in front of the house. Front and back decks, private fenced backyard with hot tub and cedar trees. The house includes a King and Full bed in the master bedroom and one Queen bed in the front room. One bathroom. I will be available by text if you need anything.

The house includes a Master Bedroom, bathroom, living room (with queen bed), dining room, kitchen, front and back porch decks, jetted hot tub, infra-red sauna, fenced back yard, private parking. Living room has a 40" Roku Smart TCL television, two sofas and a queen bed and sauna and can become a private sleeping room with a pull of a narrow curtain. Master bedroom has a king size bed and double bed. 40" Roku Smart TCL television, closet space, heaters and air conditioner available. Complimentary premium teas, coffee (creamer and sugars). Board games and cards available for use, Monopoly, Life, Yahtzee and Uno. Washer and dryer available. Hot tub is available in the backyard.

Please read the additional house rules found in the house manual as there is important safety information about the hot tub and sauna and other useful household information including how to run the dishwasher and parking (please don’t park in front of the neighboring houses), check-in and check-out details.

Neighborhood highlights

Between Tumwater and Valley creeks, this unique area of town is less than a mile from the center, but feels more private. Many trees and fresh creek breezes make this area special. Sabai Thai Restaurant just up the hill, along with many good restaurants downtown. Nice views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Mount Angeles from the 8th Street Bridges. Sabai Thai Restaurant and LD Wood-fire Grill uphill on 8th Street 0.4 miles. Grandview Grocery uphill on 8th Street 0.5 miles. Downtown Restaurants like Kokopelli and large grocery stores such as Country Aire and Safeway all less than 1 mile away.
