I was in Dhaka for the business trip. I was staying in the private room for 3 nights. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wifi connection in the room. What I was impressed the most was the warm welcome, friendly and helpful of all the staffs at the hotel. Even though you can hear a honk noise from outside (it's very common in Dhaka to hear such a noise, try to select room not close the road) the overall standard of the hotel and excellent services from the staffs, I would suggest NASS Serviced Apartment to you.
This is a small hotel rather than a private home, but Alam went out of his way to welcome me personally. NAAS is in a good location: for some reason there are not many other hotels round here so it may be the best choice for anyone coming to this part of Dhaka. The building is quite new and the rooms quite large. They offer the usual full range of hotel services, too. I would probably come back.
Alam Abdullah is a very nice host, during my stay I really enjoyed the place and the service. Abdullah is very friendly which make him approachable. It is one of the best places to stay within that vicinity. The place is very clean, and very quite compared to other places nearby. Basundhara Mall and Arong which are good shopping mall are close by, Basundhra is at a walking distance from the hotel. There are many eating joints also nearby but the food at the hotel is very hygienic and fresh. The car provided for my local journey was also very neat and tidy. Overall I am happy with my experince and would recommend this place to others.
I was in Dhaka for work and chose Naas because it was close to my office (walking distance) which kept me out of the traffic in Dhaka. I very much enjoyed my stay here and the great care everyone took of me. The place is clean, safe, well managed and comfortable. Alam and the others were able to cater to all my needs, including renting a car and a driver, picking me and and dropping me off at the airport, laundry, lunches, etc. This place is great value for money and I will definitely stay again.

About the Host, Alam
I actually have low self esteem but by pretending to be confident, it makes sure that people don't realise. I'm quite cold, and find it hard to trust or get close to people. I tend to bottle all my feelings up because I absolutely hate talking about how I feel. I'm chatty and I like to make new friends, so I always make an effort with new people. I'm sociable, but after I while I always feel like I need to be on my own. Sometimes I feel a bit false because I always pretend to be happy and outgoing, whereas most of the time, I don't feel that way at all.
