Perfectly located this large, beautifully renovated, family friendly home with stylish decor and easy level access is amazing holiday accommodation.
The home has been superbly renovated with quality materials. The moment you walk through the front door you experience the warmth and inviting charm of this lovely 1910 home.
The property is close to shops, cafes and restaurants, public transport, Wrest Point, Hobart CBD and Salamanca. There is a dog-friendly beach a 15 minute walk from the house.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of truly generous proportions and the fourth with single plus trundle. The main bedroom benefits from a large ensuite and walk-through wardrobe. The hallway is wide and bright, adding further to the home’s character. The main bathroom is also spacious and has a fabulous bathtub, perfect for stretching out, relaxing and having a soak after a hard day touring around Hobart.
The main open plan living area at the back of the home is superb. It is light filled and modern, allowing you to chat with other guests whilst preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes proper knives and knife sharpeners, a food processor, all cookware and an array of spices and condiments to get you started. Stone bench tops, an island bench incorporating a breakfast bar, a coffee machine, loads of pot drawers, pantry cupboards, stainless steel appliances and the magnificent north facing deck, which opens directly off the lounge area through French doors, are all major points to note. You can look forward to spending warm evenings sitting and relaxing here, taking in the pleasant outlook over the private garden, Sandy Bay, towards Battery Point and a filtered water glimpse of the river.
A separate laundry, NBN connectivity, third toilet, plenty of parking and a landscaped and gated private back garden add further to the property’s appeal.
The property enjoys mains gas, which fuels the ducted heating and hot water system meaning this lovely property is always cosy and everybody gets a great shower.

Sandy Bay is a safe and picturesque neighbourhood with tree lined streets and some beautiful homes. You can go for a walk along the waterfront or grab a coffee from one of the many cafes. Its also a family friendly neighbourhood, with plenty of parks, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets and only a short distance from the city centre.
