Great place for quick stays! We're super nice but busy and can't usually hang out; not the best listing if you're looking for a social experience, but great if you're independent and already have a plan. Check in: after 5 pm, check out: by 11 am.
Please respect our check-in time of 5:00pm or later. It's just how we make sure the place is clean and welcoming for you when you arrive. We know you don't mind, you've seen it all, you're cool with anything, etc. But the thing is, it's not for you; it's for us. We have a sense of pride about how we present our place to guests, and we want to maintain it. So please please please don't ask for an exception. Come at 5 or later, and then feel free to act like a rock star.
Welcome to our home!
You'll get a key and you're welcome to come and go as you please, whether we're home or not. If we're not going to be here when you arrive, we'll hide the key for you. You don't have to report to us. We're not your mom.
Late-night arrivals are no problem!
Though we love hosting on Airbnb and giving our guests a great experience, our schedules don't permit us to hang out much, so this is a great place to stay if you already have a plan or you're here for business or family. We're really good with public transit, so we can help you find your way around L.A. on buses and trains. People also love the big map of the city on our wall.
We're offering our living room, which is a shared space. It's arranged so you'll have your own little area that we don't need to walk through (rearranged since photos). We'll hang a curtain over the hallway door at night for your privacy. No need to get up or go to bed when we do - we'll try to be quiet if you're sleeping.
We have an air mattress and/or a leather couch available for sleeping. We'll set it all up for you with (truly) clean sheets and pillowcases.
We keep the bathroom clean and it's easy to access; you don't have to walk through our bedroom or anything. We provide fresh towels and washcloths.
You're welcome to cook your food in our kitchen and use our fridge. The tea and coffee on the counter is for you.
We have wireless Internet access and the building has coin-operated laundry.
If you need specific bus and/or train directions to our place, definitely ask. We also have a handy info sheet with detailed bus directions from our place to some cool spots in L.A.
There's good street parking in our neighborhood, and you should be able to find a nearby spot without too much trouble. Watch out for street sweeping signs on Thursdays and Fridays from 12pm to 3pm.

This is a great place to stay if you're independent and have a plan, but not if you need a social experience. We're super nice, but we're also really busy and can't usually hang out much. You're welcome here, so just come in like you own the place.
Access to several key bus routes. We know them well - feel free to ask.
It was great staying with them, they provided helpful advice, live in a great area and everything is well organized. You even find some body scrub in the shower for air bnb travelers. Your welcome beer was well appreciated abd sorry again for hitting so early. I hope you will have an awesome trip to Europe.
Kerri and Jeff were so accommodating and was able to cater to my last minute request. Although the space is in the living room, I felt totally comfortable. Everything went smoothly, I would definitely recommend their place.
Kerri and Jeff are very cool hosts. They were very open and helpful from the start, they seem very experienced airbnb hosts. We did not meet a lot, they were trying to not be in the way of the guest even though it is their apartment in the first place. I was just a weekend visitor, perhaps for a long time a shared room is not very comfortable for both guest and host, but for two nights it was perfect. Also I just came with a small backpack, and found shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom with airbnb marking: very thoughtful. Also detailed written instructions on how to get to different places in town. The location is good, easy to use public transportation. And I liked the decorations very much.
Great place to stay! Very clean, with a comfy couch in the living room and most of all two very kind and hospitable hosts. I felt very safe and welcomed during my short stay in this place. With much appreciation!
Kerri and Jeff are really nice young couple. We had a nice conversation. The house is exactly the same like the pictures. And it is nice and clean. The location is great. You can easily take a bus to the Santa Monica beach, to Hollywood, to UCLA, to downtown. I will definitely recommend Kerri and Jeff's place for a short stay in LA.
My plane was delayed and I didn't arrive into LA until the wee hours of the next morning. Jeff had sent a message to make sure everything was okay. They left the key where they said it would be and I came in and immediately seen the area where I would be sleeping. They had the sheets turned down and prepared, they also left towels and an extra cover.
Overall, the place was nice and felt safe. I never got to meet them because of my schedule. Jeff corresponded with me again to make sure all was okay. The only thing was parking was a little difficult as I came in relatively late and most spots were taken.
Their place is in a great location and in a nice neighborhood.
Thank you for making my Airbnb experience pleasant.
Kerri and Jeff were friendly, smiley and accommodating. I found my cozy couch already made for me. This definitely took away the wondering and discomfort of having to ask how to go about turning the couch into a bed or which blankets to use. Kerry and Jeff are careful and detailed in their appreciation of guests. They ensured privacy for the guest with an artistic room divider. Additionally, there was a curtain in between the bathroom and the living room where the couch was.
There were many art details around the house, that made the place pleasant and friendly, like a decorated branched tree attached to the ceiling. All this touches made me feel welcomed, including the surprising smile face in the shower wall… Who wouldn’t smile about that? Above all, they were incredibly quiet. As soon as I arrived I went to sleep and I couldn’t even tell if they were there at all.
Parking for me was in the street accessible to the apartment, located in one of the nice neighborhoods of West of Los Angeles. I appreciate having stayed with such nice people. Thank you for my coffee too!
An amazing creative space made more inviting by the kind and thoughtful hosts. Kerri was available yet not intrusive. Enjoyed some lovely conversation over a cup of tea. Highly recommend!
Kerri and Jeff were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, helpful and their place was just as lovely as the pictures. Their guest guide includes directions for getting around on the buses, and Kerri even made me a map to help me run some errands in their neighborhood.
They have a really nice and comfortable place in a great area. Jeff and Kerri were super nice and welcoming as well.
