  • It was an alright place in a rural setting. The hosts were friendly and permitted us to the laundry. The plumbing in the bathroom sink was a little problematic with hardly any water with small shower. A separate bathroom that was not connected to the bedroom. Good continental breakfast.

  • We had a lovely stay at Mary and Jackie's place. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our lovely breakfast. We had a fantastic recommendation for dinner in a local nearby pub! Local seafood dish was delicious!! Our room was very comfortable and such a lovely house. Thanks for letting us stay.

  • Mary and Jackie were wonderful hosts. Not only did they offer us coffee and tea on arrival, they had a carrot cake with candles for my traveling partner since it was her birthday. When we went out that night to a restaurant Mary suggested, she lead us there in her car. Jackie made a call to a guy who rins a boat to Saltee Islands for us and Mary made reservations for the restaurant. The house and garden were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and much more filling than we expected Staying with Mary and Jackie was a delightful experience.

  • We had an enjoyable stay at Mary and Jackie's place near Rosslare Harbour. It was very convenient for us because Mary picked us up from the bus station and Jackie delivered us to the harbor the next morning. They are a nice couple. We had a great room with our own bathroom and it was a lovely breakfast.

  • After getting a little lost (no street signs or postcodes in Ireland!) Mary sent out her husband to find us. Shortly after, we were greater by the lively Mar who provided us tea, fresh scones and toast. We had a lovely conversation about travelling and sights to see in Ireland before heading to bed. The house was very cosy, and big. We had our own bathroom and spacious double bedroom. We were provided with towels and had the use of heated blankets and a heater which Mary turned on for us to warm our room. In the morning, we were offered a massive selection of breakfast: cereals, croissants, yogurt, fruit, tea, and juice!! They even printed out a mapog Ireland for us and printed a (website hidden) route map for us to get the our hostel in Dublin. Would recommend anyone to stay there, it was very close to the port from Wales.

  • We stayed at Mary's house for one night before taking the boat back to France. Mary and her husband welcomed us so warmly, with a cup of tea and biscuits, and chatting about France and Ireland. The house is really welcoming, quiet, confortable, and the bed is amazing.
The area is nice to visit.
    We really recommend this place.
