Bill and Sally Wells are the owners and we live in Fayetteville. I am semi-retired mining engineer who was originally from Pittsburgh. Sally is from Fayetteville and she was a stay at home mom who raised our two children and she manages the operations of our four vacation rental properties located in Fayetteville. We are also the owners of the Gaines Estate wedding and event venue that is located across the street from the McGrath House. We enjoy the outdoors and can give you recommendations on hiking and biking trails and other outdoor recreation options in the area. We are familiar with the outfitters for whitewater rafting and guided fishing trips and we can help you choose a rafting or fishing outfitter.
