Our 8th floor oceanfront Condo features spectacular panoramic views of the popular Myrtle Beach 'Golden Mile' family beach. Updated furnishings provide a comfortable stay. Sand Dunes Resort (74th Ave). Beach accommodations include free parking.
Two queen beds with new quilts, one sleeper sofa... accommodates 6 guests. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
All linens are provided. A coin-operated laundry room is located on-site.
Guests have access to the keys of the condo with a key lockbox... parking passes are available at the Registration Desk in the lobby.
Convenient parking in the adjacent parking deck. FREE parking.
Pools - Our guests enjoy access to the indoor pool, oceanfront pool, lazy river and toddler wading pool.

Oceanfront condo and resort located in what is known as the "Golden Mile" which is home to many stately residential homes in Myrtle Beach. An older and established area of Myrtle Beach makes it a family oriented section of the beach.
At Broadway at the Beach... It’s easy to be entranced by people zipping back and forth across Lake Broadway on the Soar & Explore zipline. And, periodically, the roar of the dragon at Dragon’s Lair Fantasy Golf course grabs everyone’s attention.
Happy music and the laughter of small children enjoying kiddie rides seems to always be in the air, while the excited screams of bigger kids and adults delighting in thrill rides inspire many more to take on those challenges.
Even looking to the sky from Broadway showcases the fun and excitement of Helicopter Adventures giving guests on short flights... a bird’s eye view... of Myrtle Beach.
While the sites are engaging, the smells are enticing. The aromas that drift out of the many different restaurants inform the senses that there are a lot of good food choices to be had. It’s also easy to be charmed into snacking by the sweet scents of taffy or fudge being freshly made in shop windows.
Even sitting down for a break fills the senses. Celebrity Square is a good place to pause, listen to music coming out of the clubs, and do some people watching.
A walk around Broadway is about more than just going the distance. It’s a positively awesome way to enjoy the largest entertainment venue in South Carolina, and to understand why millions of visitors come to Broadway every year.

Seafood not your thing? How about a juicy, mouth-watering steak from such local favorites at the Longhorn Steakhouse or Carrabbas Italian Grill? Yes, we can hear your stomach growling!
There's never a dull moment in Myrtle Beach. If you're looking for adventure and a little bit of learning, take a wander through that upside-down house known as WonderWorks. Or, journey under the sea at Ripley's Aquarium. There's also plenty of thrilling entertainment at Pirate's Voyage and Medieval Times. And who could pass up a world-class live entertainment show at The Carolina Opry, which pioneered the Myrtle Beach area's theater boom? There are also fantastic shows at the Alabama Theatre, Legends in Concert and The Palace Theatre, just to name a few. The sum of all our parts equals up to one entertaining trip.

A car is recommended to visit all the exciting venues that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

If our rental appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, guest shall inform us immediately by reporting any issues. No notification is your approval that our property meets your expectations.
CONDO RULES AND REGULATIONS
Condo occupants are expected to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and conduct that has become a #2828 tradition. In order to maintain these standards, a few rules and regulations for the comfort and well-being of all our Guests have been established.
NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS.
Keys should be left inside the Condo upon departure. Lost or keys not returned will be charged a replacement fee. Lock-outs will be charged by a Locksmith or a comparable fee by property management.
Our rental accommodations are privately owned family homes. Please give them the care you would your own.
House Parties are Not Allowed:
The person making the reservation shall be held liable for any damage to the property; its contents or surroundings.
Furnishings/Equipment: Our condo is equipped with multi-channel cable TV, BluRay and DVD player, and WiFi. The furnishings are not to be moved or rearranged.
The hanging of towels, blankets, rugs, etc. from the porch rails is not permitted due to the Home Owner’s Association rules and regulations.
Linens (bed linens and towels) are included. Pool towels may be furnished by request prior to your arrival.
Please be courteous of our condo Owners and do not smoke inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, balcony or porch. Thank you!
Phone Service: Is not available in our unit.
Internet Service is available in our Condo at no additional charge. The Owner is not responsible for internet outages caused by the Service Provider.
Grilling is NOT permitted on the balcony or on the grounds of the resort.
Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Concern for Others
Please observe our Quiet Hours Policy. General quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
Pets… sorry, we do not allow pets.
Furnishings/Equipment: Just like your own home, our homes can experience breakdowns. All efforts will be made to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Anything out of service should be reported to Sheila Joyner, Cell # (phone number hidden). Although repairs will be made as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made unless the situation deems necessary.
Items left behind: If you request, we will attempt to locate an item left behind and mail it to you. The cost of packaging and postage will be paid for by the Guest. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
Hurricane Season: June 1 – Nov. 30 is hurricane season. In the event the government orders a mandatory evacuation of the area; you will be issued a prorated rental refund for the dates of the evacuation. Provided the rental property is habitable and utilities are operating, you may return after the evacuation is lifted. If you decline to return, we will be unable to refund rent for those remaining days.

The management is not responsible for damages or loss of property through fire or theft.
•No travel trailers, boats or motor coaches are permitted in the parking area of the resort.
•Guests must be 21 years old to sign the rental agreement.
•Parking is in unmarked spaces in the parking deck or open parking spaces (by permit).
Shelia was so helpful. We arrived early and she was able to move check in up so we could go and enjoy the beach. She sent incredibly helpful information about the local area. Overall we were very pleased with the property and highly recommend Shelia and our experience at this condo!

Sheila was a great host. She texted and e-mailed in advance of trip. She also checked in during the trip to make sure all was well. The condo is small but has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay including beach umbrella, chairs, and towels. The view of the ocean is fantastic. The area in which the resort is located is clean and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much!
