Condo is located on 8th street "Surfside 8". The location is downtown with easy access to Pickles pub, Mambo pizza and laundromat across the street. Free parking space with your stay! Monthly rental December - May avail. $700 per month. Sheets, towels and toiletries are not provided.

Excellent location and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen was a plus for us after a long day at SunFest. Very affordable indeed. Shannon was very quick to respond to our questions during our stay.

This place is a good option. It's close to the beach and boardwalk. It's not huge or anything fancy, but it worked out well for me and my three young sons. We had a great time in Ocean City, and having the full kitchen was a huge help.
