This private, eco-friendly 1bd/1ba apartment above our garage, is nestled in the quiet Laurel Hill neighborhood. Near I-5 and only 1.5 miles from UO and Matthew Knight Arena. Easy access to Hendricks park, Hayward Field, bus lines and a small city park.

Enjoy this modern, architecturally designed 1bd/1ba apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Laurel Hill Valley. The apartment is above our garage and has a separate entrance up a flight of stairs. It will accommodate a couple with children or 2 couples easily. There is also a travel crib if needed.

•Queen-size Tempur-pedic bed with brand new linens
•Futon style couch that folds down to a full size bed.
•Kitchenette with a microwave, electric double burner cook-top, Keurig, mid-size fridge, stainless sink, dishes and plenty of cookware.
•Compostable coffee pods, cream and sweetener provided.
•Bright, airy room with bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings and french doors.
•Bathroom with stall shower and hair dryer.

•40" flat screen TV with Netflix.
