We are a unique, stylish loft apartment in the former BENTON spark plug factory. We offer a very private location in Vermont's smallest city, overlooking Otter Creek Falls and within a five minute walk to revitalized downtown with lots of great amenities. High ceilings, lots of natural light, gourmet kitchen, air conditioned. Ideally located in western Vermont between Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains, Burlington and Middlebury. The space
Our apartment is in the original BENTON spark plug factory, built in 1908. We offer views of the Otter Creek Falls and Adirondack Mountains. Large full service kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor with a loft bedroom and den. Lots of room for everyone with 2500 sf., hardwood floors, extensive natural light, air conditioned if you require. We have a small private yard that is perfect for small, well behaved pets.
