  • Mr. Minella did the impossible: He found us a very nice condo for our vacation. I was very disenchanted with how inaccurate the other condo listing websites were and with how long it took them to let me know "sorry the web site is wrong, the property is not available for your dates."

    Mr. Minella took our dates and found us a place. BRAVO!

  • Pasamos la primer noche en el departamento de Heritage Park, el mismo era muy lindo, tal cual a las fotos, y la ubicación era la que buscábamos ya que estaba en frente de la playa. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que a las 9 de la mañana nos despertamos por el ruido que había en el departamento, en el edificio estaban arreglando los balcones (entre otros el nuestro y los del mismo piso). Cuando averiguamos las obras continuarían durante nuestra estancia, por lo que decidimos comunicarnos con Juan Manuel para resolver el inconveniente. Él resolvió el problema a la brevedad y por la noche nos mudamos a otro departamento en el Golden Bay Club. La verdad es que el mismo estaba bastante bien y pudimos dormir bien al menos, pero nos había gustado mucho más el primero, y este nuevo estaba a algunas cuadras mas de distancia de la playa.
    Por más de los inconvenientes que tuvimos, es para destacar la buena atención, seriedad y predisposición de Juan Manuel.

  • My overall experience was pretty good. The host was great!!! The apartment was stocked with all that you need and it was clean. My only issue with the entire experience was the parking situation for guest. My guest's car was booted because the signs were not clear and there was no valet there. They parked in a spot that was not reserved. Everything should have been fine. Instead they were charged $75 to get the boot off. The sign said "Unauthorized cars will be towed away." They were authorized as they were coming to visit me and they were not parked (email hidden) or a reserved parking spot. The lot had reserved spots and unreserved spots. How were they to know if no one was there to tell them that they must get their cars valet parked. It was only $4 to valet park. it ended up costing $75.

    Anyway besides that the experience was a very good one.

  • El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicacion, es muy amplio y esta recientemente remodelado,la vista desde el balcon es muy bonita, mi unica observacion negativa es que los banos no fueron remodelados, la griferia esta muy deteriorada.
    Juan Manuel, es muy profesional, llego a las 8:30 pm para entregarme las llaves aunque la hora limite son las 7:00 pm, ademas fue muy atento en todo momento.
