The ambiance/comfort of going to Grandma's house with modern conveniences. *Pets with approval and rules.

The space
This home is just east of Arrowhead and Kaufman Stadiums, (walking distance). Less than a mile off of I-70 at Blue Ridge Cut off. Fenced in 1/2 acre where the young at heart and pets have plenty of room to run and play. 3 Bedrooms, Sofa bed in LR. Large driveway can accomodate small moving vans. Please arrange with Host ahead of time for oversized vehicles, trailers, more than 2 vehicles, etc.

Basement level has 2 room apartment (Aloha rooms in the lower level of KC's Stadium BnB) which may be added for additional guests upon availability. Please note there may be guests staying in the Aloha level during your stay. Completely separate, private apartment. They will use a private entrance through garage. Guest share the large driveway and fenced in back yard. Front fenced in yard is completely private for your stay.

LOCAL GUESTS PLEASE NOTE: This property is available for people who must travel. It is not suited for Local Guests entertaining gatherings, events or parties. If you are local guest with multiple excellent reviews and have extenuating circumstances, please send an inquiry stating the reason for your stay. All local guests are required to a 3 night minimum.

Guest access
The main floor of house and tree shaded 1/2 acre fenced yard are available for Guests. The basement has a separate apartment (Aloha level) . The screened in back porch is for Smokers, as this is a no smoking home. $200. fee applies if home is smoked in. No open flames or burning of candles, incense, etc.
All pets must be kenneled when guests are not present. Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pet, and any repair or cleaning costs caused by pets.
Kitchen has gas stove, and is not to be operated by anyone under 18 without supervision.
Furnishings are for the comfort of guests, not to be removed or used for anything other than their purpose.
There is a downstairs apartment. Guests may be present. Quiet hours from 11p - 7a.

Neighborhood highlights

1 mile from Shopping, dozens of Restaurants, Wal Mart Super Center, Auto Repair, etc... Mid century residential neighborhood. Ample parking in a secure fenced driveway. Close to the Stadiums, I-70, I-435. There is traffic on road in front. Nice peaceful porch and deck with country view from the back!
