Industrial styled carriage house located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of historic Olde Town Arvada. This beautiful and private one bedroom 800 s.f. guesthouse is just steps from shops and over 20 restaurants. We are centrally located for easy access to Denver, Boulder, and the mountains, with a 5 minute walk to the train to downtown and the airport.

The space
The Carriage House has a private entrance and one dedicated parking spot. Enter through your own flower filled mini courtyard, then proceed into the 800 s.f beautifully designed and furnished one bedroom apartment. Guests with AirBnB experience tell us that the Carriage House is the nicest one they've ever stayed in and we're here to make your stay go smoothly and enjoyable from the minute you arrive. We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out with advance notice. I'm sorry but no cigarette smoking on the property.

Now open - commuter rail service to downtown Denver, the airport, Golden, and south Denver suburbs! The Olde Town station is a 5 minute walk from the Carriage House.

OldeTown has closed streets to allow extended outdoor dining for restaurants. There is also open carry for beverages plus musicians and other activities in the square.

Olde Town Arvada is a family and adult friendly historic town with many places to eat, drink coffee, sample local micro-brews, shop, and explore. Festivals and activities are held throughout the year, including a summer farmer's market and splash fountain. We are located in a very walk and public transit friendly location as well as centrally located for accessing Denver and the mountains.

The city of Arvada, located just northwest of Denver, offers visitors a small town feel. Much of the community's charm stems from the turn-of-the-century Main Street Americana ambiance of Olde Town Arvada, with its numerous restaurants, bars, breweries, galleries and shops. After the discovery of gold, the town grew as railroad and trolley lines from Denver were built and agriculture thrived. Currently, several streets in Olde Town are closed for pedestrians only and restaurants are open with generous outdoor seating areas. On most evenings there are musicians playing and the atmosphere is lively, but not overcrowded.
