This home is in a scenic location.
Amazing ocean view and short walk to beach from this NON-SMOKING one King bedroom top floor end unit (very quiet & private) with sleeper sofa in living room. This is the most desirable location in Sapphire Village. Nice sized balcony with amazing views of St. John & the BVIs. 2-min walk to marina, 5-min walk to Sapphire beach, 1/2 mile from Red Hook (restaurants, nightlife, shopping, St. John ferry). We have chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear--everything you could need! Onsite restaurant too.

The space
This is a spacious beautifully renovated one-bedroom unit that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. (Note that our unit is not ideal for children under 2 years old, and we have a very strictly enforced maximum occupancy of 4 people -- including children/infants -- by our condo by-laws.) We have a gorgeous custom kitchen, beautifully remodeled bathroom, very comfy king bed, La-Z-Boy memory foam sleeper sofa and rocker/recliner, and unique island decor. Sit on the custom tiled balcony and enjoy one of the most amazing views you'll ever see.

The whole condo is yours. Its an upper corner unit, so has the utmost privacy.

Once you reserve, I'll provide a Welcome Packet, with lots of information to help you plan a perfect vacation.

Also note that pets and comfort animals are NOT allowed. Trained service animals are allowed upon pre-approval (with required documentation) from our condo board. Smoking is not allowed in our unit, including the balcony area and walkways. Violations of this policy will result in fines and eviction.

Where you’ll be

St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Sapphire Village is on the East End of St. Thomas -- the farthest spot from the airport and downtown (but still only 6 miles away -- the island isn't that big). The property has 2 pools with loungers and tables for your use and has an on-site restaurant (Sudi's Caribbean Bar & Grill) conveniently located just steps away from our unit. We are on the hillside above Sapphire Marina and Sapphire Beach. (Note: due to the hills, our property is not the best choice for anyone with impaired mobility). The East End of St. Thomas is quiet and is where the tourists like to stay, due to the plenitude of great beaches. Sapphire Village, which is known for incredible views, sits just above Sapphire Beach, a beautiful white sand beach with good snorkeling and great amenities (chairs rentals, beach bar/restaurant, coffee shop, and fine dining restaurant). We are also adjoining Sapphire Marina, where you can conveniently book a variety of boating/fishing tours, rent jet skis, go parasailing, etc. We are also only a 1/2 mile from Red Hook, where there are a lot of great restaurants, a few shops, and local nightlife.

I'm married to the most wonderful man on earth, and between us we have four amazing grown daughters and (the cutest ever) grandson. There's nothing I love better than sitting on Sapphire Beach, reading a good book, and looking up to the million shades of blue. As a host, I try to give my guests a LOT of information. I know they have questions just like I would. I provide suggested itineraries, my "favorites", a very thorough Welcome Packet, etc.
