Our house is located in the historic center of Ariccia, a town in the Castelli Romani a few km from Rome and a short walk from the famous Fraschette where you can taste typical products and dishes of Roman cuisine. Convenient location to visit all the villages in the area. It can accommodate two people in its characteristic loft and another two in the living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (shower + bathtub). Air conditioner, Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the price.

The space
The apartment, which is for exclusive and independent use and therefore only you guests will use it, is composed as follows:

- Large living room with high ceiling that includes a sofa bed (recommended for two children/teens), air conditioner, a Smart TV, DVD player, a bookcase with a wide selection of books, DVDs and Music CDs, a Hi-Fi system, a large wardrobe and a small armchair.
- From the living room, steps lead to the characteristic wooden loft where there is a double bed and a bathroom with tub.
- Kitchen with all comforts (4-burner stove, electric oven, kettle, toaster, juicer). You will also always find a bottle of fresh water in the refrigerator, coffee, tea, herbal teas, and small snacks for a quick breakfast (rusks and jams).
- The second bathroom is located on the ground floor, accessible through the kitchen, and includes a shower, toilet and sink.

The nearest train station is in Albano Laziale, which is 1.8 km from the house (reachable with a 25-minute walk or by taking the bus in 18 minutes total).
Direct trains to Roma Termini central station depart every hour, the journey is 55 minutes and the cost is €2.10.


CAR
Unfortunately, there is no private parking for your car, but there is a free municipal parking lot 650 meters away, easily accessible on foot or via an elevator that will take you directly to the main square of Ariccia at a cost of one euro per person.
There are also a few free parking spaces near the house, but being a small historic center, availability is very limited and depends on the time of day.
