Almost New Duplex Apartment in the heart of Canberra on the 8th and 9th floor with lift access and entrance key tags. The building is placed in a great location having easy access to Glebe park and Turner parkland as well as Canberra museum and gallery and shopping centres. Surrounded by restaurants, food courts and shops within walking distance.
If you need the parking space, please book it is in advance. The parking space costs additional $15 per night.

The space
Three bathrooms and a large open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, laundry, air conditioner, full kitchen with two toilets. Tea, coffee and sugar as well as breakfast material like muesli, milk and egg are provided for guests. Also you may use cooking facilities if not want to eat out. Linens on the bed are fresh and perfectly clean to have a nice and peaceful rest time.
Large balcony with a breathtaking view to Mount Ainslie; where you can enjoy wonderful evening having a cup of coffee and chilling.
Anytime check-in and check-out flexibility (As long as there is a 3-hour period in the middle of the day for cleaning the apartment for new guests, you have the flexibility to be there or leave anytime you want)

This is one of the most central parts of the city if not the most central. The building is located in front of Canberra centre with all the shops and restaurants. There are many bus stops just a few minutes walking from the apartment. You can walk to Canberra Theater, Myer, Coles, many Restaurants, bars, etc. as they are just next to the apartment. Also, it is close to ANU, and you can easily take a bus to parliament house, national gallery and national museum.

Over 95% of my guests feel great staying at my place and I got a lot of cool feedback that improved my Airbnb listings over time. I have also guests who booked my place more than 10 times! To thank my loyal guests, from Jan 2020, I refund guests up to 10% of the new booking if we have a great experience of hosting the guest and if the guest enjoys the place. I have usually co-host to help me with Airbnb. To communicate with me or my co-host, it is best to leave a message on the Airbnb app. More than 90% of the time, I reply within an hour. Surely you can call me if there is an emergency matter. To my new guests, I have different Airbnb listings. Please choose the one that suits you best. For example, one may not have a TV and another may have one. Also, one may be an entire place while another one you share the common area and have only a room. I am available if you need to get some help most of the time. However, if I am busy, my co-host will help you surely. It is also important that you book for the number of people who will use the place day or night. If you are not sure about your booking, please do not hesitate to ask me any question you may have. It is always possible to have a late checkout or early check-in but may add a small fee to your booking.

I am not there as the place has self check-in and self checkout process. However, in this two bedrooms apartment, the room mate will be helping the guest if needed. Of course, I am available if there is anything goes wrong.
