5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. The space
The posh, residential Upper East Side is known for its wealthy denizens, fancy restaurants and designer shops along Madison Avenue. It's a pretty neighborhood, with a mix of classic brownstones and upscale high-rises. Museum Mile, a stretch of 5th Avenue next to Central Park, draws crowds to cultural institutions that include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and El Museo del Barrio.

Other things to note
I have a hypoallergenic dog. VERY quiet, but friendly. She and I sleep in one of the two bedrooms in the apt, and the other bedroom is for airbnb. We both will be here during the guests airbnb stay. She will jump in excitement when she first meets you. If you are not super into dogs, if/and you have a problem with her jumping to greet/meet you, then this is not the apartment for you.
