This tiny shack was built between the early 1900s and 1930 by John and Sid Pace. Fully renovated and insulated this place is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Military issued bunk beds for space efficiency. A super spacious front porch perfect for hanging out and enjoying the sunset. Fire pit for cooking and as many stars as you can comprehend at night in a true ghost town.

Great spot to stop and rest if you’re traveling along I-70. Tough to find at night, so keep that in mind. GPS coordinates helped a lot.

Great unique experience. The buildings have been thoughtfully and creatively updated. The sunset and stars at night were amazing. The shack was also very clean. Highly recommend staying.
