Our family loves to hang out at “The Oasis” and we’d like to share it with you! NOTE: Long term guests for 30 days or longer is what our HOA requires. No short term stays. The cabin is located 25 minutes north of Grand Island and a few miles north of St Paul at Lake of the Woods.

The space
The cabin is not far off Hwy 281 just north of St Paul. It actually sits between 2 lakes on a 2.9 acre lot. We have neighbors on both sides but they are far enough away that you can still enjoy your privacy.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything in cabin including fully stocked kitchen to cook meals and Traeger smoker in garage. The Traeger also doubles as a grill.

Other things to note
FYI, cabin is not handicap accessible. There are 2 steps from west door up into kitchen. There are steps leading downstairs to unfinished basement. There are also 2 steps leading down into master bedroom from living room. And, several steps to enter front door. So, this cabin is not very handicap friendly, just so guests are aware.

Neighborhood highlights

The cabin sits on the east end of the lake community “Lake of the Woods”. The main entrance is on west end. There are approximately 60 homes around the lake. We enjoy sitting on the patio in the evenings as the sun sets. And, starting a fire in the firepit makes for a very relaxing evening. We’ve seen deer, raccoons, and a red fox around the lake.
