About my city :
Pune has a rich past. It abounds with palaces, temples and monuments. Places like the Osho Ashram draw in visitors from around the world.

Gandhiji together with his wife Kasturba and secretary Mahadevbhai Desai were interned at the palace from August 9, 1942 to May 6, 1944. Mahadevbhai and Kasturba passed away at the Agakhan palace while in captivity

Arriving in India isn't for the faint hearted, I was a little nervous when I got to Preeti's place. Once inside all that vanished, it is exactly what I expected, comfortable, private, well located and fun. I became a local within minutes. I loved it.
We really enjoyed the App!
It is only a 5 minute walk to the Osho Center - and Preeti was so helpful with tipps and booking of our bus to Goa :-)
We found even bananas and drinking water - so it was an easy start at Puna..
The location was good and the apartment was nice and cosy, with TV wifi and good kitchen.
I can't say anything more than what has already been said in one of the previous review. The apartment is very clean and beautiful, the building contains a functioning elevator. Although the building from outside is not the best looking building in the area but that is compensated by the fact that it is located right next to a lot of shops, restaurants, and cafes and is just 5-10 minutes walk to Osho Meditation Resort. The view from apartment is nice and Preeti provide the guests with plenty of information needed to make your stay comfortable.
I never met Preeti, but her friend was there to show me around the flat. It seemed very organized for guests.
The internet wasn't working when I arrived, which is a big deal, considering I couldn't reach her or her friend or my home office any other way. When she got it turned back on 12 hours later, it was PAINFULLY slow -- maximum 0.5Mbps. And it turned off again on my second evening.
Although Preeti was very responsive during our correspondence, she repeatedly tried to get me to contact her outside of AirBnB (which is against AirBnB policy https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/199 for good reason). Ultimately, she insisted that I pay for the duration of my stay in cash. AirBnB provides an amazing service and it's not right cut them out of the transaction, just so she can make more money. When I told her this, she wouldn't honor the discounted rate she originally offered. So I decided to move out. There are plenty of other places to stay in Koregaon Park.
We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. It's serene and peaceful place to be. Preeti has well mentained the flat and her magical file is a Wikipedia of pune and all necessary information. I love the way space is utilised and Neighbour is friendly and supportive. Overall I love to visit again. Thank you Preeti!!
