Situated along Banahaw river dictate it breathtaking view of the lush green valley wall and crystal clear water from the majestic Mount Banahaw. A river front property combine of natural beauty and modern structures are the unique features of the property.

Kindly note that the property is not along the road, guests need to take 3 minutes' walk to reach the property. Parking space is not within the property. Our team will meet you on your arrival to assist you for your parking and for your staff

The space
A three-bedroom villa situated at 2,600 sq. mt. property, adjacent to Banahaw river. The property also has gazebos with amazing view of the river with relaxing and refreshing sounds of the river water while having your breakfast, lunch or dinner. You and your family can enjoy our half-court basketball court and the 200 square meter semi-infinity pool which you can use even in at the extreme day time because of the amazing shades of the tall bamboo tree surrounding the property. Our lush green tropical inspired garden adds spirit of tranquility and calmness to the entire place. Take note that we are generous to give plants to our guests as a gift or souvenir that they can bring to their home.

Since we are situated in the middle of the woods and high altitude of Liliw, expect unpredictable weather or climate. Also, unavoidable flying/crawling insects specially at nighttime. We highly suggest to our guests to apply insect repellants and wear a jacket at night especially during the wet season.
