This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

Beautiful house located in the city centre of Kazanlak. Elegant, spacious and comfortable once family home of industrials. The house was built in the early 20th century. Its architecture is influenced by the Austrian style of Wienna Secession. The house is famous for the frescoes painted by the eminent Bulgarian artist Ivan Milev in 1925. Recently they were declared an art of national significance. Charming tower, exquisite ornaments of the façades turned the house into a landmark for the city.

The space
On the upper floor: three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, lounge. Best suitable for 6 persons, but it can accommodate 10 persons due to the presence of two sofa beds.
The ground floor: dining room with large windows open to the ground terrace, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster, espresso coffee maker, etc), bathroom with shower, hall with frescoes (limited access).
Outdoor area: private room for 2 cars, shaded garden with trees, roses and large outside sitting area.

Other things to note
Good for couples and families (with kids), high chair for baby upon request.
Best suitable for 6 persons (3 double beds in each bedroom), but it can accommodate 10 due to the presence of sofa-bed and a single bed in the bedrooms and another sofa-bed in the living-room.
