The apartment is situated in Rome's historical centre, in the Italian President reserved street, 500m from Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and close to Termini Central Station. The flat is fully furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen, with TV, air-condition, free wifi, washing machine and dishwasher.

The space
The apartment is situated in Via Rasella in the historical centre of Rome between Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi. There's another entrance in Via dei Giardini right in front of the Quirinale (President's Palace). From here you can walk to: Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Largo Argentina, Campo dei Fiori, Mouth of Truth and many churches and museums Situated in the area. The apartment is just 2 minutes away for the underground station in Piazza Barberini.
The apartment is fully furnished with cotto floors, with big windows that ensure a bright environment. We provide air condition in the whole flat, free wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms one with a bathtub and a big shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary for preparing a nice home meal with a big fridge, oven and a microwave. There are 3 bedrooms, the first one has two windows that face the private and quiet street next to the Quirinale and two single beds (95x195) and a big wardrobe, the second room has a queen size (180x190) bed, the third room has a single(80x200) daybed that becomes double (160x200). The living room has a TV and a wonderful extendable crystal table and a comfortable sofa.

The apartment is situated at the second floor, unfortunately we don’t have an elevator but the stair at very easy, our 95 year old grandma does them everyday.
The building has two entrances, the first is on the ground floor and the second on the intermediate floor.
