Welcome to our dog-friendly East Austin modern condo, perfect for singles or a romantic couple getaway! Great for remote work with 8G Wi-Fi 7 and a dedicated desk. The space
Our recently renovated, dog-friendly two-story condo features an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a workout area with weights and a fitness mat. The open-concept living space boasts high ceilings, smart-home automation, a premium Sonos sound system, and an executive workstation powered by blazing-fast 8G Fiber Wi-Fi 7.

The property is perfectly situated for exploring and commuting. We are within walking distance of bars, highly convenient for UT Austin visitors, and not far from the airport, The Concourse Project, and Circuit of the Americas (COTA) by car. Guests will enjoy a dedicated parking space along with additional free street parking.

Out back, you can enjoy a fantastic shared yard equipped with an outdoor table, fire pit, outdoor sofa, and two lounge seats. The home is also located just two blocks from a free swimming pool open only in the summer, year-round pickleball courts, tennis courts, and the Boggy Creek Greenbelt.
