Location

San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

Tlaquepaque is a small, clean and charming cultural town founded in 1530, half an hour away from Guadalajara, the second biggest city in Mexico.

One of our favorite places to go is called Independence Avenue, a five minute walk from the apartment. This is a fabulous street to stroll along, and since is closed to auto traffic, is an excellent place for leisurely walk. Here you will find paintings, pottery, metal work, jewelry, clothing, leather work, sculpture, stained glass, blown glass, works in copper, accessories, and of course... excellent authentic mexican resturants!
