Beautiful luxury condo, located in Waterside Coquina Key, approximately 4 mi to downtown, museums, art galleries and restaurants. Approximately 15 min to beaches . The resort-like gated community has 2 swimming pools, one overlooking Tampa Bay. Spa/hot tub, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, fully equipped fitness center, yacht club beach bar, fishing pier, and a walking trail along the seawall.

Clean and modern, completely remodeled in 2014. Features 47" Smart 3D TV, extended cable channels, WiFi internet and all amenities in the community . Washer and Dryer in unit. All linens & towels provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric convection stove. Keurig machine available- coffees not provided. We love cooking, and so you will find pots, pans, a large variety of utensils and a spice rack with many different spices, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam 12 inch mattress, and good closet and dresser storage. For occasional guests, the sofa pulls out into a double bed.

The balcony has breathtaking panoramic views and sits directly on the Bayou facing West. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets. Keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees too. Patio furnished with a sectional couch and dining set for two, so you are sure to enjoy outdoor living to the fullest!

Interesting things to do just 5-10 min away....

1. BEACHES
From St. Petersburg, the closest and most pristine is also the No. 3 Beach in the continental U.S., Fort DeSoto, a 900-acre county preserve consisting of five islands, seven miles of undeveloped beaches, a camp ground, boat ramps, fishing piers, paved fitness trails and a historic fort. The sugary-white sands of St. Petersburg's 500-foot Gulf-front municipal beach on Treasure Island are certified annually by the National Clean Beaches Council as an outstanding environmentally-friendly "Blue Wave" beach.

2. WALK THROUGH HISTORY
St. Petersburg's downtown streets are lined with hexagon block sidewalks, some of Florida's best examples of Mediterranean-Revival style architecture, and two dozen properties located on the National Historic Register.

3. MUSEUMS
Salvador Dali's surrealistic art works, a spiral staircase resembling a strand of DNA, and a flowing glass dome rising 75 feet in the air? St. Petersburg's newest museum –- the 66,450 square foot tribute to Spanish surrealist Salvador Dali.

4. ART
St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts. One of the best museums in the Southeast, the collection also includes a wealth of European, American, pre-Columbian and Far Eastern art, and an exquisite Steuben crystal gallery

5. BLOWN GLASS BY DALE CHIHULLI
Morean Arts Center displays the works of internationally famous glass artist Dale Chihulli. It is a stunning, permanent collection. (website hidden)

6.GALLERIES
More than two dozen galleries open their doors on the second Saturday evening each month for a downtown gallery hop. Among stops on the hop -- the Warehouse Arts District, Florida Craftsmen Guild's statewide gallery and the Morean Art Center Galleries and Hot Shop, which allows the audience to actively participate in the glass-blowing process, from first gather to the finished creation, through demonstrations or a hands-on contribution. (website hidden)

7. TAKE AN ART TOUR
Have you seen St. Petersburg's two-ton lizard observing drivers along I-275's North from its rooftop perch or the dancing dolphins adorning the city’s southernmost water resources tower? With over 30 public art projects throughout the city, experience this and much more on a customized public art tour. (website hidden) or (phone number hidden).

8. DUST OFF SOME ANTIQUES
A thriving antique district lines both sides of Central Avenue in downtown St. Petersburg and the Grand Central District. Collectors will find nearly a hundred antique shops in the city and many within this eclectic five-block stretch of Central between Fifth and Tenth streets and between 19th and 31st Streets.

9. SPORTS
SEE THE PROS: In addition to Major League Baseball with the Rays, the St. Petersburg area is also home to other professional sports, including three world-champion franchises: NHL - Tampa Bay Lightning, NFL - Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Storm arena football league. And now, April through September, Al Lang Stadium converts into a regulation professional soccer field hosting home games for the North American Soccer League’s 2012 Soccer Bowl Champions, Tampa Bay Rowdies

  • Loved loved loved the unit! Super!

    July 2014
  • Wonderful experience all around! Sabina was available and responded promptly to any questions we had. The condo was as beautiful, clean, comfortable and inviting as we had hoped from the pictures, within a wonderful, safe community. The views from the condo were outstanding, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy eating out on the patio and enjoy the tranquility of our surroundings. We enjoyed visiting the pool often, with beautiful views of the bay and a great community feel. Our experience was everything we could have asked for, and we will most definitely be back!

  • Sabina and her place are both wonderful. She was very quick to respond to any questions through email or text. The place was clean, open, and modern feeling, a perfect vacation spot. We choose to order all of our dinners to go so that we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The pool and hot tub also have a beautiful view, which was a nice treat in the morning and evening. The fast wifi was also a nice unexpected addition, when we felt like streaming a movie. I can not recommend this place enough. We hope to return for another vacation.

  • We had an amazing time at the property. The condo was wonderful, with beautiful views, and equipped with everything we could need. The pool at the complex was fantastic, with great views of the bay. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning, with freshly cappuccino. Our daughter loved the "blue house"! Fanstastic first family vacation.

  • Sabina had great communication with us and the expectations of us going to here condo was right on - everything is exactly as listed in the description. The condo was in great shape and very relaxing. We also had a nice time at the pool and hot tub, which is within walking distance.

  • This was a truly wonderful place in a truly wonderful location. The west side balcony overlooks the Little Bayou connected to the Tampa Bay and we spent a lot of time just sitting outside admiring the view, including a terrific sunset. The other side of the community overlooks the Tampa Bay, and we wound up spending time on that side too, watching pelicans and other beautiful birds. The location in relation to the St. Petersburg sights was great too.... About 10-15 from downtown St. Petersburg restaurants and about 15 minutes from the gulf beaches.

    April 2014
  • It was great! The house is newly renovated. It is in a very beautiful complex that is well cared for, the people are friendly =)
Sabina is very nice, we had some problems because the house is new, but she was mending it verry fast.
The most amazing for us was the basketball court, (lot's uf fun)
With out a car I would not recommend it, it is a bit outside, but it's nice Quiet.
Would go every time again! Thank you Sabina =)
