Simple duplex #2. This space is simple and basic, yet has plenty of rustic character.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the hip Southtown are and historic Mission Concepcion, and 10 min from down town SA.
It is completely private, with one full size bed and one couch that turns into a small bed in the living room. High speed WiFi, TV, and sound bar. If you are looking for a great location and a simplistic space for a great price, Simple Duplex fits the deal.

The place it a great value for what you pay. Location looks like it would be a little worrisome, but once you are there its quiet and comfortable. I would definately stay again.
