Austin hotspots and events are a short ride share away from our central location. But with a well-appointed kitchen, hot restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a short stroll away, and super comfy digs you may find you don't want to wander very far.

PET ACCOMMODATIONS:
**To expedite your booking when bringing a doggo, please state that you have read and agree to our pet policies below when submitting your request.**
We love doggos! But for our sanity and both our pets' safety they must follow a few rules:
- Sorry, no cats (we're allergic)
- You must add a pet to your request for a flat fee of $60 to cover basic additional cleaning, etc.
- Damage to the unit, bathroom accidents, and additional intensive cleaning, will incur an additional cleaning fee above and beyond our pet fee.
- All dogs must be crated if/when left alone (we have a big crate for you, don't worry!)
- Visiting pets are NOT allowed in our fenced backyard. We take no risks with our or your dogs' safety.
- We provide a pet blanket for the couch/bed to protect against dirty paws.
- Please clean up after your dog. A bin is provided for poop bags.
- In your request, please include a note telling us a little about your doggo. Size, breed, temperament, and travel experience really help! We love ALL breeds.
STAYING 7 NIGHTS OR MORE?
Unlike a lot of hosts we don't want to overcharge guests for cleaning. So we keep a low $75 fee for those staying up to a week. However, when you stay longer than that, things can get a little, uh..lived in. To that end, we very much appreciate you allowing a mandatory refresh from of our super cool housekeeper for every 7 nights spent at B-side. A $60 additional fee resets B-side to the same standards it was at when you arrived. Think “hotel, but more awesome.” While resets are highly preferred and encouraged we work with your schedule to come through while you’re adventuring and you come home to a fresh, new B-side.
Smoking/vaping: There is absolutely no smoking/vaping inside any structure on the property. Doing so is grounds for immediate eviction. If you must do so during your stay let us know and we'll find an acceptable outdoor location and an ashtray for you.

Pole Dance in your living room! -
Roxie is a certified pole dance instructor, international competition judge, and performer so naturally, we equipped B-side with two permanently mounted dance poles and a rig point for aerial silks, lyra, and more. If you're interested in private lessons they're available for an additional fee.

*Please note there is an exterior camera just outside above the front door to the space as well as others as you approach and walk through the exterior areas of the property. These are for the safety of ourselves, our guests, and their personal belongings. None are pointed at the door of Bside and none have a view inside. There are NO interior cameras or decibel meters inside the space. That'd be creepy.
