A delightful villa and former vineyard with private HEATED pool and a veranda which offers sweeping views across the Mediterranean toward the Gulf of Toulon. Your dream house is located in a cul-de-sac that borders the „La Colle noire“ nature reserve. A verdant paradise of more than 2,000 square metres ensures a high level of privacy. The beach, with its cafés and restaurants is just 1 kilometre away.

The space
Winter 23/24 the entire ground floor has been renovated.
The kitchen was torn out, extended fourfold and fully equipped. The living and dining rooms have also undergone enormous improvements, from the floors to the furniture.

Our house, with its rustic interior and exterior, is more a Provençal country manor than a modern luxury villa. The original winery house was built in 1870 and extended in the 1950s. Around 10 years ago the house was extensively renovated and equipped with a wonderful HEATED swimming pool. The garden is a leafy paradise with a multitude of different plants.

The villa measures almost 200m2 and sleeps up to 10 persons in a total of 5 bedrooms, which are fitted with either ensuite bathrooms or washing/showering facilities. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and four of the rooms offer direct views of the Mediterranean. If you just want to sit back and enjoy life, you can choose between the villa's 2 verandas.

The untouched and protected coastline of the Provence d´Azur is dotted with little bays and beaches. Our villa is located within easy reach of the islands Porquerolles and Port-Cros as well the Île du Levant, with its world-famous, crystal-clear waters and rich marine life. The drive to Hyères and the Giens peninsula takes about half an hour, while Toulon is less than 10 kilometres away. The city of St.Tropez, with its idyllic surroundings, can be reached by car in just under an hour. Further westward is the wine region of Bandol, and the renowned Calanques National Park with its scenic bays and excellent hiking trails.
The pool heating is from April until November included in the rental price.

We found our little piece of paradise at the Côte d`Azur! Having stayed at the house during a summer holiday, we jumped at the chance to acquire the property for our large family when the owners put it up for sale. We still love to stay at the villa. Ms. Sylvie Laporte caters for the needs of our guests and Mr Phil Schneider manages our bookings is several languages. We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful house.
