Our home is a bright two-story apartment, which we carefully decorated and packed with good books and records, Wi-Fi network, as well as gym in the common area. Near Fradique Coutinho subway station (yellow line) and surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. Although we’re situated in one of the liveliest parts of town, our loft is a peaceful oasis. Perfect to explore the best of São Paulo within walking distance.
The space
The apartment has 130m2, with a doorman all day long, and an additional security service by night. The first floor is spacious, and we hand-picked each piece of furniture with great care throughout the 8 years we’ve been living here. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all integrated within this space, where you'll find our piano, on which you're welcome to try your excellent musical taste anytime! We love to cook, so we’ll leave the kitchen equipped with our basic utensils and appliances (stove, oven, electric oven, dish washer, two sinks, pans, plates and silverware). We also have a fun little washroom, inspired by the film A Clockwork Orange, a cozy balcony and a comfortable laundry area, all in the first floor. Climbing the stairs you’ll find a work area, equipped with an iMac computer which you can feel free to use. There are two suites in the second floor, with a queen size bed each. In the main suite, with its hardwood floor, there is a charming vintage bathtub and stylish shower integrated in the room area, with no wall separations. In the other suite, we have a private bathroom, a 42 inch TV and mini-fridge, perfect for that refreshment while watching your favorite movie or series.
Guest access
As we live in the apartment, we have restricted the access to the closet and the pantry. All other areas of the house can be used.
Other things to note
1) Under no circumstances guests are allowed to bring other people over to the apartment.
2) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
3) We ask you to be aware of the noise control after 10 pm.
4) No parties and events are allowed.
5) The building pool is not available to Airbnb guests.

Neighborhood highlights
Our loft is nearby Benedito Calixto square, where an antique fair is held on Saturdays, with delicious local food and music, and Sumaré Avenue, which has a nice bike/jogging track. In addition, we are near Rua dos Pinheiros (10min walk), which has restaurants, bars, shops and the Vila Madalena (15min walking), the most trendy and cool neighborhood of the city. We will provide a list of our favorite places in the neighborhood.
